We all have such a great opportunity to give of both our time and resources to our communities.  Good communities are created by good people. I am personally committed to making a difference.  I have started several initiatives in order to give back.  My involvement includes:

Encourage To Achieve Program
It is a program that encourages high school students to achieve their highest potential.

Youth Diversity Leadership Institute
Is a summer program in partnership with Rice University that seeks to help kids prepare for their futures through education and training.

DiversityFIRST™ Scholarships
Is a scholarship program for deserving High School Seniors.
